I guess I'm not as interested in it as I thought it would be. I was ultra hyped after playing GOW1, and then I realized that these games are a lot of the same. :( I just don't feel like it's the killer app people say it is. I'll still play both 2 and 3, but no release for me.

My brother and I might get a PS3 sometime during the holiday, and I have a feeling this is the first game we'll be getting for it. He's a massive God of War fan, and I've just finished the first, working on the second, and while it is not my favourite series ever, it sure seems to be a solid franchise.

I never played the second, but in my opinion the third is much better than the first.
